Now no more Farmers Suicide..! INDIA NEED ADVANCE AGRICULTURE

Everyday we see or hear a news that another farmer committed suicide its not new but these days sucide commitment have increased at an alarming rate  specially in Madhya Pradesh. Their are several debates going on how to stop or reduce it but none productive actions are taken. Below are some reasons and its analysis that why these failed and what should be actual method to solve the problem.

1: LOAN WAVER - Govt waved off farmers Loan of approx 72000 Cr in 2008 and then again farmers took loan and now again they are asking for loan waver its becoming a habit now initially UP farmers asked Mr Yogi granted it then Maharastra Farmers asked they waved loan and now farmers from all over India are asking Loan waver and the CM of MP granted Rs 1Cr for some farmers now all the farmers are committing suicide so their families can get Rs 1Cr which they can not earn in whole life is earned by committing suicide.Actually these types of practices should be stopped farmers should be trained and guided  such that they dont even require loan for crop production or if required it should be so low that if crops are sold in cheaper price then also farmers are able to pay the loan amount. Loan waving should not become every year practice.

2:   MINNIMUM SUPPORT PRICE - Currently the market is so volatile and is captured by traders that all the profit of commodities is gained by them not by farmers at the time of sowing seed the price of seed is double Ex (Urad Price in Jan 2017 was 70 Rs per Kg) and when farmer sowed it invested on its production and protection worked day and night in hot summer after harvesting when he goes to sell it the rate reduces half (Ex: Rs 35 per Kg of Urad in June 2017) now his Investment is not realized so he does not have any thing to do other then suicide because he have to pay the loan if minimum support price of cost plus 20% profit is fixed by govt for all the crops then farmers will be able to earn more then investment and can pay loan so their will be no question of loan waver of suicide it is not going to cost as much as Loan waver only marginal money is going to be invested.

3: IMPLEMENTATION OF ADVANCE AGRICULTURE TECHNIQUE AND MACHINE  - Still in INDIA  major farming is done through old technique and machines so cost of production is also high and waste in production is also high so farmers need loan for agriculture, their are so many techniques and machines are their with the help of which cost of production can be reduced to 50% but very few farmers are implementing it because farming is done by those who are not able to study so those people do not even think for better Farming. Ex: Cost of Farming of Wheat per acre MP cost approx Rs 10000 and produced wheat can be sold at Rs15000 now with the help of Zero trill farming and using organic Manure cost can be reduced to Rs  5000 per acre and so profit on production for same crop in same land can be doubled by only changing technique and if cost is reduced then if crop is sold at less price then also farmers will not ask for loan waver or will commit suicide.

In my next blog I will give the detail cost analysis on the technique so farmer can double their profit.

Water Resource In India

India uses more water than China and USA...
this is not what I say it is a report from one of the survey....

It is also said that third world war will be for water and if India drains more water than developed country then it is a big issue, well fortunately we have productive government which focuses on water saving.

World bank is also working on water recharge and million of money is spent on water recharge and its preservation but in reality water level is going down year on year.

well if people are not learning by this then government should make rule that if you take any amount of water from land by any means then you need to pay that water by other ways, like if you drain 100Ltr of water for personal use then you need to have at least 10 trees/ plants and it should be applied to each and every citizen of the country by this people will use limited water as they have to give proper specification of the trees.

UNIFORM CIVIL CODE - SECULAR COUNTRY BUT RELIGIOUS LAW

In India every thing is firstly observed on religion bases, a country where if you fill any form firstly you are being asked religion i.e HINDU, MUSLIM OR CHRISTINE and on the bases of that you have the job later if you are HINDU then specify that you are SC, ST or OBC so you will get benefit I want to ask if any General Hindu candidate is poor than what is his fault of being General HINDU.

WHY CANT WE HAVE SIMPLE BASE TO RESERVE THOSE WHO ARE POOR IT MAY BE HINDU OR MUSLIM OR OF ANY GREAT RELIGION.

Now if a Muslim women gets talak from her husband then she suffers a lot and their is no good provision for them in Muslim personal Law Board.  their are several cases where women are harassed how can a modern women accepts her husband having two or more then two husbands

WHY CANNOT WE HAVE SIMPLE UNIFORM CIVIL LAW INSTEAD OF PERSONAL HINDU LAW, PERSONAL MUSLIM LAW AND CHRISTINE LAW.

 Everybody in India should be treated in same way that is what our constitution says not that every body should have their personal law. Religion is way of life not laws.

I must say Indian need to now wake up and stand against cast and religion-ism come have ONE LAW ONE RELIGION OF BEING INDIAN.

 

CIBIL RATING WILL DECIDE LOAN IN INDIA

After 2014 govt formation we see new policies and rules every fortnight . After big bomb of Demonstration now govt had made it clear that loan will be approved to any individual or firm after verifying CIBIL score.

What is CIBIL SCORE?
The score given on independent govt authorized agencies from 0 to 1000 stating credibility of person or firm who is seeking for a loan.

Generally Bank accept score from 750 or above however some banks approve loan on rating above 600 by checking other parameters.

GST, Demonstration and other steps seems to help bank reduce NPA as willful defaulters are now paying money back and not getting further loan approval.

Demonetisation of Indian Currency 500 and 1000 Notes

Indian Economy have currently Denominations of Rs 1,2,5,10,50,100 and 2000. as we all know Rs 500 and 1000 is now recalled by Indian Government.

Their are several pros and Cons on this Decision.

Mr. Prime Minister planned it very well however was not able to get it executed as expected and so oppositions are not leaving any stone upturned to propaganda the issue,

as everyone patience is now on the boiling point so the decision seems to be ebb. However its effects will be seen in long term.

we have done some analysis on Demonetisation of Rs 500 and 1000 Rs Note.

Benefits

All the black money kept unaccounted is now flourishing out:

a) Getting deposited in banks which leads to get that money in circulation.

b) As Jan Dhan Yojna was already successful so now at least 1 member in a family have a bank account so every family will know move towards bank for keeping money and start doing transactions with the banks

c) Since now New Notes are printed with new securities and paper all the old fake currency will automatically get scrapped.

d) All those Big fishes who tend to have bulk amount of black money with them are in huge problem and left with limited options.

e) Though Economic growth expectation is now reduced to 5.8 % but from next year economic growth can touch double digit as economy will stabilise within next 6 Months.

f) Usage of Online Transactions and digital money is now increased.

Losses:

Since Indian Economy 12% GDP is on Cash so everyone needs some cash for their daily needs and this is what getting hampered most.

People are standing in line which is wasting Indians productive time. 

Due to lack of proper management some people are getting badly affected like Marriages and Farmers.

Conclusion:

In every decision cost to return should be minimum and if Modi Govt. fix the issued within 31st December then it is very good decision for the better future of the Nation, people can suffer for a while but if more time is taken then it is a big big failure of the Govt,

All over the world it is the business which rules it may be big or small or very small and Big companies are very few however small companies are large in number so these are real backbone of the country.

In INDIA we see the current NDA government is very business friendly and is inviting the entrepreneurs from all over to work in INDIA, It is the biggest move of the govt. after 1991 Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization move. They have launched several schemes and have done several initiative like:

Now the only biggest problem is Family Successor doing the same business what his father was doing is still practiced in INDIA and is the biggest issue, It is not necessary that if father was good in Farming then his son would also be or a father is Technically Master then his son should and in INDIA a son concentrate on the limited area of boundaries created by his father.

Big companies appoints Managers and those who brake boundaries shift abroad, like SATYAM, SHIVAM & SUNDRAM.

Now small business owners need some inventions so they can manage like big companies with very few expenses so they can grow at a faster rate. Traditional Farming need to upgraded to Modern Horticulture, Fruits Farming and now they also need to keep Managers to manage their Farm land and use techonology, small shopkeepers need a software to keep track on all their stuff etc..

Thank only INDIA will grow at faster rate.

Student: No, sir. I’m afraid I haven’t.

Prof: Yet you still believe in Him?

Prof: According to empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says your GOD doesn’t exist.
What do you say to that, son?

Student: Nothing. I only have my faith.

Prof: Yes. Faith. And that is the problem science has.

Student: Professor, is there such a thing as heat?

Prof: Yes.

Student: And is there such a thing as cold?

Prof: Yes.

Student: No sir. There isn’t.
(The lecture the after becomes very quiet with this turn of events.)

Student: Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat..
But we don’t have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can’t go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it .
(There is pin-drop silence in the lecture theatre.)

Student: What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?

Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn’t darkness?

Student : You’re wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright
light, flashing light…..But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it’s called darkness, isn’t it? In reality, darkness isn’t. If it were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn’t you?

Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?

Student: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can’t even explain a thought.. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one.To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is
not the opposite of life: just the absence of it.
Now tell me, Professor.Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?

Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.

Student: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?
(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)

Student: Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher? (The class is in uproar.)

Student: Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor’s brain?
(The class breaks out into laughter.)

Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor’s brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain,sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?
(The room is silent. The professor stares at the student, his face unfathomable.)

Prof: I guess you’ll have to take them on faith, son.
